Burning Witches is Not Over
"A group of up to 300 young men have burned to death 11 people suspected of being witches and wizards in western Kenya — in some cases slitting their victims' throats or clubbing them to death before burning their bodies, officials said."
We like to think that burning, hanging, killing people suspected of being witches is over. Obviously, it isn't.
Police have little hope of solving the crimes, as villagers have refused to identify who did it.

The Bible says that witches should be burned. But Jesus came and died on the cross to save us from our sins. Anyone who practices witchcraft can repent and have the demons that possess them cast out in the name of Jesus. They can accept him as their Lord and Savior.

When the Bible talks about witches it's talking about people who consort with Satan and practice black magic. It's not talking about healing and helping others.

Maybe if the Fundamentalist Christians who want to turn this country into a Theocracy got their wish we would kill witches. I bet we could far surpass Kenya. In America they didn't burn witches they hung them. Witchburning is a popular event of Religous Dictatorships; just look at the puritans when they had power. Have a nice day.
