U. S. Supreme Court May Announce Decision on Troy Anthony Davis on Oct. 6
We won't repeat what we've already posted (see the link at the very bottom to see our earlier blogs on this topic). But the U. S. Supreme Court is scheduled to announce a decision on the Troy Antony Davis case on October 6.
We're hoping for a new trial for the man who was convicted of murder on evidence that later proved to be very questionable.

If there's a serious question, he should have a new trial. If not, he should be executed.

What if there's a silly question? Do we make him wear funny hats?
If you're dead, you're dead. No going back. At least not for three days.

This is in Georgia, right? I remember the song
"That's the night the lights went out in Georgia,
That's the night they hung an innocent man."

How long has it been they've had evidence he's innocent AND REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT? If they don't either let him go or give him a new trial, if they kill him, I call that MURDER!

Hey Bob if you or I do it, it's murder. If the Man does it, it's justice.
