Troy Davis Still Waiting to be Retried or Die
Troy Anthony Davis was convicted of the 1989 killing of Savannah, Georgia police officer Mark Allen MacPhail and sentenced to be executed. Since then, seven of the nine key witnesses have recanted their testimony, and one of those remaining two witnesses is a possible suspect. But prosecuters are claiming Davis' lawyers may have coerced witnesses into recanting.
Attempts to get Davis' case retried have repeatedly run into legal obstacles and entanglements. Davis' attorneys are currently trying to get access to police files.

I believe in the death penalty, but he really should get a retrial. The Bible tells of many people who were falsely accused, convicted and imprisoned or even executed. Joseph, Jeremiah, Daniel, John the Baptist, and of course our savior, Jesus Christ.

Will somebody please let that poor man go free? How many years has he been in prison?

Let him go or kill him. One of the other. No sense keeping a guy locked up forever.

I can't believe nothings been done to help this poor man! How long will this go on?
And Tom, killing someone never helps. The one who kills a killer becomes a killer. Killing must stop. But yes, he shouldn't be trapped in a cage forever.

The man took him in 1989. 20 years locked up, threatened with death, for being innocent. Evil society. Let him free!

Don't keep him in jail,
someone pay that man's bail.
If he didn't kill,
killing him is ill.
